You would download the map via Workshop Mod Manager button on the control panel. Once done, you go to Configuration Files > Locate Config.bat & Press [ Configuration Editor ] to the right of it. Here you will select the map via drop down menu, select the bottom option and then enter in the mod ID. Click Save. Then Restart your server.
